In times of great stress, we generally seek guidance from familiar figures. And there’s a new advice book coming from Sesame Street (and Imprint) that will tell us exactly what we want to hear: Eat more cookies.

That’s right, this “advice” — compiled in a book called The Joy of Cookies — is coming straight from Cookie Monster himself, inspired by a recent Apple commercial starring the fuzzy blue Muppet. Parodying famous mantras (“Make Cookies, Not War”) and full of puns, The Joy of Cookies will be out in April of 2018.
