Oh, dear. Mrs. Doubtfire has been labeled a bank robbery suspect. Well, not exactly.
The Santa Cruz (Calif.) Police Department posted an account of a robbery that occurred last Friday involving a man disguised as a woman. The suspect took an undisclosed amount of money, using a note—not a weapon—to unlawfully make his withdrawal. The alleged robber cased out another bank one hour before the act. From the SCPD: “When the bank employees contacted the suspect they were surprised to see that although the suspect was dressed like a female, the suspect was actually a male. Hence the title, the Mrs. Doubtfire bank robbery.”
